FACE TAPING 101
Welcome to face taping 101. These are some simple taping techniques to get you started on your taping journey. Kinesio taping is a powerful alternative to Botox, as it has the ability to retrain problematic muscle patterns, lengthen muscles and release tension. The tape also lifts the skin, allowing for better blood and lymphatic flow, all critical parts to healthy, youthful skin. After consistently taping 4-5 nights a week, you will start to notice lines softening, and by 8-10 weeks you will feel your muscles behaving differently (almost as if you have Botox, but can focus and choose to move them), and more permanent smoothing of lines and wrinkles in time, so stick with it. It's worth it! Taping is a part of The Awaken Skin Method, which also incorporate the use of gold-plated magnets for amplified results.
